Human Resource Manager

Responsible for the leadership and management of all functions of the Human Resources Department. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to all Resort employees.

Executive Housekeeper

Plans, organizes, monitors and oversees operational and departmental activities to ensure compliance with quality standards set by the Resort. Requires continuous inspections of all rooms, corridors, public facilities, lobbies and restaurants for cleanliness and appearance. Ability to provide clear direction, instruction and guidance to subordinates. Arrange work schedules of rank and file employees, determining days off, ensuring man power levels based on occupancy. Provides training, counseling and performance reviews for the department.

Guest Experience Manager

Responsible for the short and long term planning of the resorts front office operations. Responds to emergencies and communicates issues and challenges to applicable departments. Analyzes, investigates and resolves all guest complaints and is a strong advocate for positive reviews on all platforms. Supervises and manages the daily operations, keeps guest experience team focused on critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and the desired financial result.

Chief Engineer

Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability in Hotel maintenance and engineering experience. Experience with product/supply bid process, ordering, receiving and inventory management. Strong skills to participate as a member of a team to achieve a high level of performance and exceed goals. Ability to work under pressure.

IT Manager

Coordinates and oversees all technology upgrades and installations. Maintains all hardware and monitors usage. Leads the resort on all IT and telecom related issues. Coordinates all service contracts and oversees all outside vendors. Recommends all hardware, PC’s and other peripheral purchases by the resort. Places orders, receives all hardware and coordinates all installation.

Maintains procedures designed to ensure data back up and emergency recovery operations are in place to protect data from loss or damage in the event of system failure.

Food and Beverage Manager

Responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation while maintaining profitability and high-quality products and service levels. Expected to market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and payroll budgets and to meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

Chief of Security

Maintain the safety and security of guests, patrons, employees and Resort property. Oversees the operation of lost and found items, receiving and visitor control. Serves as the first responder to emergencies.

Trains, evaluates and supervises all resort security employees and investigates and reports on all accidents.
