• The resort accepts no liability for fees raised due to money transfers or remittances. Any fees levied will be added to the guest’s account and paid upon checkout.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

The following terms and conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and Epikurean Lifestyle Pte Ltd (“epikureanresorts.com”, “we” or “us” as the context may require).

You acknowledge that your use of www.epikureanresorts.com (the “website”) is on condition that you accept without variation the terms and conditions set out herein which we may vary at our absolute discretion from time to time with or without notice to you.

You acknowledge that your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms and conditions in force for the time being as set out herein. If you do not agree to any part of the following terms or conditions, you must not use this website nor the services provided therein.

This clause shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

epikureanresorts.com shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by epikureanresorts.com in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

epikureanresorts.com may without any liability to you whatsoever, at any time and at its sole discretion and without cause or notice, terminate your account or restrict your access to this website or refuse to give effect to any booking or reservation requested by you without being required to give any reasons or advance notice to you.

You shall indemnify and keep epikureanresorts.com indemnified against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings made or brought against epikureanresorts.com arising from your use of this website and/or any breach of any term or condition by you.

Additional terms and conditions will apply to your booking and purchase of our products and services. You agree to abide by epikureanresorts.com’s conditions of purchase and/or the terms and conditions of any supplier of the travel-related products or services.

Subject to clause 13, this Agreement (including epikureanresorts.com’s conditions of purchase which are set out below) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in respect of its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

• Without prejudice to the generality of the epikureanresorts.com User Terms & Conditions, the booking for and purchase of products and services through the website are subject to the following additional terms and conditions and other terms imposed by our affiliates from time to time.
• By effecting a booking for or purchase of any product or service through this website, you agree to be bound by epikureanresorts.com’s Conditions of Purchase and the respective affiliates’ terms as the case may be.

• While every effort has been made to make this website as complete and as accurate as possible, its content should only be used as a general guide and not as an original source of information. • The rates quoted are subject to applicable government taxes and may be changed without prior notice. All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. The prices quoted do not include international or domestic air transportation; passport or visa handling; travel insurance; airport and port taxes; items of a personal nature; excess baggage charge, and gratuities, unless otherwise stated. Baggage and personal effects are at owner’s risk throughout their stay. epikureanresorts.com reserves the right to apply an amendment fee of US$50 per amendment, from the second amendment.
• Your credit card details will be passed on to the respective hotels to secure/guarantee your booking. Should a deposit be required, the amount will be debited by epikureanresorts.com. Please note that your reservation requests are subject to room availability and confirmation by the hotel. Upon confirmation, you will receive an email or fax from epikureanresorts.com with a reference number and the rates confirmed by the hotel when all the components of your reservations have been finalized.
• Claims and refunds are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective hotels as outlined below.
